Custom software and websites, built around how your business works.

Lywin builds websites, business systems and web apps, from a company site to the private console your team runs the day on. We start by learning how your work moves, then build the software around it.

What we build

A website is only the visible layer. Behind it sit workflows, data, people, permissions, operations and integrations. We build the system behind the operation.

  • Websites

Your website is the part customers see first. We build company sites, showcase sites and platforms with courses and enquiry flows. We have delivered 10+ websites and CRMs since 2025.

Trishree Enterprises (opens in a new tab) is a showcase site for a premium textile manufacturer in Delhi. Jury Law Academy (opens in a new tab) is a law academy with courses and a student enquiry flow.

  • Business systems

CRM, quotations, project operations, purchasing, invoicing and service workflows, built as one system around your own process. Information is captured where the work happens, so reports come from the work itself.

Inbecto is our own product in this category, with quotations, projects, invoicing and after-sales service for companies that work job by job.

  • Web apps, portals and staff consoles

Responsive apps and portals for your customers, with a private console behind them where your team manages content, bookings, customers and daily operations. Access is set by role, so each person sees what their job needs.

White Falcon is a travel platform. Visitors browse holiday packages, destinations, visas, flights and cabs. Staff work in a private console with the booking queue, enquiries, package publishing, page content and an activity log.

  • Commerce and ordering

Table reservations, online ordering and delivery, connected to the systems behind the counter so that what a guest books or orders reaches the people who serve it.

Bollywood Memories (opens in a new tab) is a European restaurant chain. We built its brand site with table reservations and online ordering with delivery, connected to an ERP.

  • Dashboards, reports and role-based access

A dashboard that shows where money, work and people stand today, and reports you can take out as spreadsheets. Roles decide who sees what, including money, payroll and settings.

Inbecto’s dashboard shows what is invoiced, outstanding and spent. Its reports, including the GST sales register and profit on every project, download as Excel files for any period.

  • Integrations and automation

We connect the systems you already use, keep the data structured so they can share it, and automate the steps your people repeat by hand.

Inbecto prepares the e-way bill file straight from the invoice, ready for the government portal’s bulk upload.

How we work

Every project follows the same five steps, in this order. The last one never really ends, because a working system keeps asking for changes.

  1. Understand

We learn what the business needs, who will use the system and what limits we must work within.

  2. Structure

We turn your workflows into the shape of the product: what is recorded, who sees it and how work moves on.

  3. Build

We build what people use and the operating system behind it, together.

  4. Deploy

We put it live in the place where your team really works.

  5. Evolve

We keep improving it as your needs and your data show what should change.

Four principles we work by

These decide how a system is shaped, long before anyone opens a design file.

Business first

We map your real process before we decide what the interface should do. A screen only makes sense once we know the work behind it.

One connected system

What customers see and what your team does are designed together. What a customer books or orders on the site is what your team sees in the console.

Structured information

Data is recorded where the work happens, and the reports are planned at the start.

Designed to evolve

A business changes. We leave room for new roles, workflows and integrations, so the system can take them on as you grow.

Every project also leaves something reusable behind: a workflow, an interface, a data structure or an integration pattern. We carry that forward without forcing every business into the same product.

Inbecto or a custom system

If your business is one of the kinds Inbecto was made for, you can start there today. Otherwise we build to order.

Start with Inbecto

You run an interior, window, kitchen, furniture or construction business. Inbecto already covers the work from the first enquiry to the final payment and the service work after handover. The first month is free, with no card, and the demo needs no sign-in.

Build it from scratch

Your process is different, so the system is designed around it. The White Falcon travel platform and the Bollywood Memories ordering platform are examples.

Extend Inbecto

Part of what you need already exists in Inbecto, so we start there and customise the rest. Fenora Frames is an example: Inbecto’s operating layer, extended with physical camera tracking to follow several active sites remotely.

If you are not sure which one you need, tell us how you work and we will say where we would start. Write to us.

Tell us what is slowing the business down.

Say which parts of the work still run on spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups, and what you would want the system to do.
